The holidays are here, and Prada invites us to a gathering that’s anything but ordinary. The new Holiday 2024 campaign, titled “The Dinner Guests,” takes a seat at the table—or rather, disrupts it. It’s a celebration of indulgence, luxury, and the unexpected.
A feast spreads out across polished china, glistening crystal, and the lushness of Marchesi 1824‘s legendary confectioneries. Marchesi, a Milanese institution for nearly two centuries, stands out with decadent cakes topped with little bears and intricately crafted panettone—each evoking the holiday joy that’s quintessentially Prada. The tablescape becomes a reflection of the brand’s universe—aesthetic details, house colors, and signature patterns weave through everything, from the porcelain plates to the garments worn.
It’s a Prada scene in itself—the brand doesn’t just decorate; it occupies. Bags are scattered like surprises among the dishware, turning an elegant dining setup into a stage for statement pieces. The Prada Trick robots—once miniature accessories—now tower as human-sized companions, suggesting that even traditions can use an interruption, and maybe a little tech quirk.
The party’s guest list features global talent—Kelvin Harrison Jr., Maya Hawke, KARINA from aespa, and Louis Partridge, all dining together, as imagined by Willy Vanderperre. It’s a who’s who of the moment, each face bringing a different energy to the table. The campaign captures an eclectic mix of personalities, all converging in an atmosphere of celebration and style.
