Amorepacific, established in 1945 by Suh Sung-whan, has grown into South Korea’s largest cosmetics company and ranks among the top ten globally. Originating from the 1930s when Yun Dok-jeong, Suh’s mother, began selling camellia oil in Kaesong, the company has expanded its portfolio to include over 30 beauty, personal care, and health brands such as Sulwhasoo, Laneige, Etude, Aestura, Cosrx, AP Beauty, and Innisfree.
