Sulwhasoo, a luxury Korean skincare brand, traces its origins to 1932 when Yun Dok-jeong, mother of founder Suh Sung-whan, began producing camellia oil in Kaesong. Inspired by his mother’s dedication to quality and natural ingredients, Suh launched the ABC Ginseng Cream in 1966, marking the brand’s commitment to integrating traditional Korean herbal medicine with modern skincare. This dedication led to the establishment of the Sulwhasoo Heritage & Science Center, focusing on innovative products that blend traditional Asian wisdom with contemporary science. ​
