Balenciaga and Automobili Lamborghini’s much-trailed partnership finally took the green flag on May 21 2025, when a continuous livestream traced a Lamborghini Revuelto as it sped toward the house’s flagship stores in Shanghai and Miami. Shot in point-of-view style, the feed ran across Balenciaga’s social channels.

First shown during Balenciaga’s Fall 25 runway, the collection‘s lined up oversized bomber jackets, racing leathers, hoodies and trompe-l’œil layered tees printed with artwork of Lamborghini’s 2025 Temerario. Leather goods followed the same brief: the Rodeo, Hourglass, Explorer and Carrie bags arrived with the marque’s shield motif, joined by a Dashboard clutch and charms shaped like the Temerario key fob.

Photographer Stef Mitchell captured models Agel, Liz, Abdou and Mihai alongside a Revuelto for the campaign imagery, each look seated squarely at the crossroads of road-car engineering and Demna’s outsized volumes.

The roll-out extended well beyond screens. Graffiti-tagged Revuelto cars parked outside flagships from Paris’s Avenue Montaigne to Tokyo’s Toranomon district, each city fielding its own colourway. Inside, Vesaro racing simulators—built with genuine Lamborghini parts—waited in Paris, London and Shanghai, while an Apple Vision Pro station let visitors examine the forthcoming Temerario in virtual space.

Art also took a pit-stop. Yngve Holen’s “Platooning Facial Skeleton” sculptures, fashioned from individual Lamborghini components, were installed in select stores, turning carbon-fibre intake manifolds into something close to anatomy lessons.

Fashion-car link-ups have become familiar lanes, yet this one felt engineered to keep the throttle open: a collaboration that moved from livestream to forecourt to fitting room without lifting its foot off the gas.
