Carine Roitfeld curates a rare look at Dior’s creative legacy, with Brigitte Niedermair capturing the maison’s evolution in a three-day exhibition opening June 6.

UBS House of Craft x Dior, an exclusive fashion and photography exhibition dedicated to the craft of couture, lands in New York this June, offering a focused look at the craftsmanship that has defined Dior for nearly 80 years. Curated by Carine Roitfeld, the exhibition brings together archival pieces from all of Dior’s creative directors — Christian Dior, Yves Saint Laurent, Marc Bohan, Gianfranco Ferré, John Galliano, Raf Simons, Maria Grazia Chiuri, and Kim Jones — styled and presented through Roitfeld’s lens.

Photographer Brigitte Niedermair, known for her long-standing collaboration with Dior, captures these pieces in a series of images that reflect both the heritage and ongoing innovation of the house. The exhibition, set at 28 Pine Street from June 6 to 8, is open to the public and free of charge.

Complementing the visual showcase, the event includes panels and workshops featuring figures like Olivier Bialobos and Alexandra Winokur. Discussions will explore themes such as sustainability, the role of women in luxury fashion, and the intersection of art and craftsmanship.
UBS House of Craft x Dior offers a concise yet comprehensive view of Dior’s enduring influence in the world of couture. For those interested in the evolution of fashion design and its cultural impact, this exhibition provides a unique opportunity to engage with the legacy of one of fashion’s most iconic houses.
