The Agent Provocateur Fall 2026 collection highlights a model Irina Shayk in foundational lingerie under the creative direction of Sarah Shotton. The London-based label states the wardrobe functions simultaneously as "a foundational part of the day" and as "seduction – it can be all those things at once."
Addressing the casting choice, Shotton remarks, "Irina has an extraordinary presence and confidence." She details the studio dynamic, noting, "There was something incredibly powerful about watching her become the Agent Provocateur Woman."
Shotton points to a younger consumer base maturing alongside the label. "We’ve got something happening now. A generation who are AP natives, who grew up with mothers who wore us," the creative director explains. Connecting this generational shift to the new apparel, she observes the modern wearer "inherits the attitude but owns it with a more deeply embodied confidence."
Rather than exaggerating the physical presentation, the profile assumes immediate ownership of her sexuality and vulnerability because, as Shotton asserts, "She doesn’t need to play it up."
