The designer channels his fashion sensibility into a collection of vases that blend industrial materials with personal history.

Kris Van Assche, the former creative lead behind Dior Homme and Berluti, is stepping into interiors with “The Josephine Collection,” his new collaboration with Belgian homewares label Serax. This debut home line, a nod to his grandmother Josephine, merges sculptural forms with elegant simplicity, thoughtfully balancing contemporary design with personal history.

Highlighting Van Assche’s eye for nuanced details, the collection features vases and vessels crafted from diverse materials like silver-plated glass tubes, porcelain, and concrete, each piece meticulously designed to hold single-stem arrangements. The blend of polished silver finishes and clean-lined, structural bases emphasizes Van Assche’s signature minimalism, echoing his fashion roots. To complement the launch, renowned Antwerp-based floral designer Mark Colle contributed artful arrangements, underscoring the collection’s sophisticated practicality.

Marking his official entry into interior design, this collection showcases Van Assche’s talent for seamlessly merging fashion sensibilities into everyday home objects. The Josephine Collection by Kris Van Assche is now available on Serax’s European website, with select pieces arriving soon.
