A new boutique in Milan brings Missoni’s iconic patterns into a space that feels both historic and fresh.

Missoni has opened its first standalone boutique dedicated entirely to its home collection. Located at Via Solferino 9 in Milan’s Brera district, the store debuted during Salone del Mobile 2025. The boutique occupies an 80-square-meter space adjacent to Missoni’s showroom, featuring two large street-facing windows.
Designed by LIT Studio, the interior blends historical architectural elements with contemporary materials. Original features like iron and brick vaulted ceilings and Art Nouveau columns are preserved, while new satin-finished metal surfaces provide a modern contrast.

The layout emphasizes Missoni’s textiles and patterns within a structured environment. A continuous metal band along the perimeter forms shelving and display frames, and Missoni wallpaper developed with Jannelli & Volpi introduces a patterned backdrop. Two central columns serve as vertical connectors between floor and ceiling, with deep red accents applied to upper ornamental features.
Alberto Caliri, overseeing the Home line and recently appointed creative director of ready-to-wear, noted that the boutique allows Missoni to spotlight the full breadth of its home offering, highlighting the natural blend between fashion and design.
The boutique’s opening marks a strategic step for Missoni, as the Home division already accounts for 30% of its total revenue. The space reflects Missoni’s commitment to craftsmanship and design, offering a tactile and essential environment where iconic colors and fabrics take center stage.
The Missoni Home Boutique is open to visitors during Milan Design Week, offering a curated selection of furniture, accessories, and textiles that celebrate the brand’s distinctive aesthetic.
