Ruba Abu-nimah

Ruba Abu-Nimah, a Swiss-born creative director of Palestinian descent, has been a transformative force in the fashion and beauty industries, known for her ability to blend art, design, and commerce seamlessly. Her career began in editorial design, notably at Elle Paris and as a founding member of French Glamour’s design team. In 2017, she made history as the first female creative director of Elle US. Abu-Nimah’s tenure at beauty giants like Bobbi Brown Cosmetics, Shiseido, and Revlon showcased her talent for revitalizing brand identities, as seen in the successful launch of Jennifer Lopez’s fragrance, Glow.
In 2021, Abu-Nimah took on the role of Executive Creative Director at Tiffany & Co., where she played a pivotal role in modernizing the brand’s image. Her work included the controversial yet impactful “Not Your Mother’s Tiffany” campaign and collaborations with cultural icons like Beyoncé and Jay-Z.
