Born into a family of hairdressers, Hayes began his journey at 17 with an apprenticeship at Nicky Clarke’s Mayfair salon. He later honed his skills at Daniel Hersheson, collaborating closely with Luke Hersheson, and spent three formative years assisting Guido Palau in New York. In 2009, Hayes returned to London to take the helm of his family’s salon, Q Cut Hair & Beauty in Richmond, blending his session styling expertise with salon management.
