With Vittoria Ceretti in tow, Chanel’s Les Beiges unveils sunset-toned makeup essentials, from bronzed foundations to shimmering lip colors.
Chanel’s Les Beiges “Golden Hour” 2025 collection features sun-kissed hues and glowing textures across eyes, cheeks, lips, and nails. The new limited-edition range awakens the complexion with an “unbridled glow,” evocative of soft summer light. Designed by the CHANEL Makeup Creation Studio in collaboration with Valentina Li – a member of the brand’s global Comètes Collective – the Golden Hour collection recalls “the glimmer of the setting sun” for a delicate yet vibrant look.
Bathed in the honeyed light of late afternoon, Italian supermodel Vittoria Ceretti fronts the visuals, her complexion glowing as if “bathed in the day’s last rays of light.” The campaign, lensed in a warm amber glow, emphasizes natural elegance – Ceretti is photographed with bronzed, luminous skin and softly defined features, mirroring the collection’s easy summer glamour. The scenery and styling stay understated, letting the makeup’s own radiance take center stage. Valentina Li, the makeup artist behind the collection, features in accompanying Chanel Beauty videos to demonstrate the looks – walking viewers through a signature “Golden Hour” look and a vivid “Sunset” variation step by step.

Golden Hour 2025 introduces a full spectrum of radiant formulas. A hydrating liquid foundation anchors the lineup, evening out skin with a seamless, lit-from-within finish. For added luminosity, a limited-edition Healthy Golden Glow Powder duo accentuates the high points of the face and gives cheeks a touch of color. The color palette ranges from iridescent bronze to vivid vermilion red, warming the skin, brightening the eyes and making the lips dazzle. In the Les Beiges Natural Eyeshadow Palette – Golden, sunlit tones of champagne, peach and copper blend in creamy, shimmer-flecked textures. To complement, Chanel offers two new Rouge Coco Flash lip shades – Sun Kiss, a bright pink with a hint of coral, and Late Sun, a sultry coppery nude loaded with micro-shimmers. Even the nails get a golden touch. Le Vernis in Solaire is a warm peach-tinged gold with a pearlescent finish for an extra glint of summer on the fingertips. Balancing the bolder gleam are soft accents like the Sheer Colour Stick in Refresh, a fresh petal pink cream blush with subtle radiance, ensuring the overall look stays effortless and sun-kissed.
The collection delivers finely-milled shimmers, creamy pigments and lightweight formulas that echo a summer sunset’s palette, all while maintaining the house’s hallmark sophistication. Equally, its campaign captures that fleeting twilight magic in a reportage style – presenting Ceretti’s sun-dappled visage and Li’s creative vision with an honesty that feels as if we’re on set at dusk, watching the day’s last light dance across the skin.
