The latest collaboration from Byredo and Benoit Lalloz fuses scent, warmth, and ambient light in a striking new shade, transforming fragrance into design.

Byredo has teamed up once again with French designer Benoit Lalloz for the release of Infra Luna 2.0, an updated iteration of their innovative fragrance-diffusing lamp. Echoing their initial collaboration, the lamp disperses the iconic scents of Byredo candles without flame, instead gently warming them through a suspended halogen bulb. Adding a fresh dimension, Lalloz and Byredo’s founder Ben Gorham took cues from the shimmering textures of insects, creating a striking new shade in metallic pink paired with a vibrant, contrasting cord.

Alongside the newly introduced shade, the original color combination featuring natural aluminum with a green cord is set to return permanently as part of Byredo’s Byproduct collection. Lalloz, reflecting on the lamp’s captivating presence, described it as quietly powerful, blending subtle scent and illumination to evoke an intangible, ghostly harmony in the spaces it inhabits.

Infra Luna 2.0 was first presented at Paris’s Matter and Shape design salon in March and is priced at €2,500 (approximately $2,697 USD). The lamp is available from April 24 at select global retailers and online via Byredo’s website.
