At Mercer Labs in Lower Manhattan, the past and future of art collide in a new exhibition that challenges perceptions. Titled Maestros and the Machines, this immersive experience reinterprets classical masterpieces through the lens of modern technology.

Conceived by artist Roy Nachum, known for his multidisciplinary approach, the exhibition explores how historical figures like Da Vinci and Mozart might have created with today’s tools. The result is a series of installations that are both interactive and thought-provoking.

The soundscapes, curated by music producer Timbaland, add another layer to the experience. Collaborations with Bang & Olufsen, USM, and Teenage Engineering ensure that the auditory elements are as forward-thinking as the visuals.

Visitors can expect to engage with artworks that respond to their presence, creating a dynamic dialogue between the observer and the observed. The exhibition runs from April 25 through October 7, 2025, at 21 Dey Street in New York.

Tickets are available online, with general admission priced at $52. Discounts are available for students, seniors, and groups. For more information, visit Mercer Labs’ official website.
