Sandy Liang and Salomon are picking up where they left off, revealing a reimagined XT-Whisper just in time for Fashion Month. It’s their third collaboration and arrives after Salomon’s December revival of the XT-Whisper from its archives—an unveiling that coincided with the brand’s new New York City storefront.
“The XT-Whisper is one of my favorite silhouettes from Salomon’s archives, and I loved the challenge of reimagining it through a fresh, modern lens,” said Sandy Liang in a press release. “This collaborative design reflects my love for outdoor adventures paired with the practicality and ease of my everyday city life.” The shoe now comes in an allover soft pink, punctuated with hits of silver and anchored by Salomon’s Quicklace system and wavy Sensifit™ structure.
The pair first linked in 2023 on the XT-6 Expanse and RX Moc 3.0, then again in July on the Speedcross 3 Ribbon and the RX MJ Sandy Liang. This new collaboration sits at a $150 price point, dropping on January 16 through Sandy Liang and on January 23 via Salomon.
