Marc Jacobs has enlisted Doja Cat for his Pre-Fall 2025 campaign, “Staycation,” a city-centric ode to summer in the concrete jungle. Shot by Stef Mitchell and styled by Sydney Rose Thomas, the visuals capture Doja lounging on stoops, strutting across fire escapes, and transforming everyday New York backdrops into her personal runway. The campaign also debuts her unreleased track “Jealous Type,” a disco-tinged teaser from her upcoming album, Vie.

Central to the style spectacle is Marc Jacobs’ Dual Bag, which is made available in many different sizes and mood-establishing hues, ranging from distressed denim to shiny ombré. Paired alongside the bags are nostalgic glam references—low-rise jeans, short rhinstone blouses, and eye-catcher silhouettes evocative of early-aught’s nights.

Doja Cat’s relationship with Marc Jacobs began with her starring in the brand’s “Heaven” campaign in Fall 2022. This time, she brings her signature flair to the “Staycation” campaign, letting the visuals, paired with the unreleased track, create a narrative that’s both stylish and sonically engaging.

The campaign’s release coincides with Doja Cat’s appearance at the 2025 Met Gala, where she donned a custom Marc Jacobs ensemble featuring a crystal pinstriped bodysuit and ocelot-print velvet intarsia.
