Juergen Teller and Dovile photograph Nicole Kidman, Isabelle Huppert, spotlighting Balenciaga’s Winter 2025 collection.

Balenciaga released its Winter 2025 fashion campaign, once again partnering with photographer Juergen Teller and his creative collaborator, Dovile, to revisit and update his seminal series “The Clients.” The new images were shot in a hotel in Biarritz, placing Balenciaga’s couture clientele at the center of each frame.

Teller and Dovile worked throughout the hotel’s suites, stairwells, and salons, letting ornate interiors play against the unfiltered directness of the camera. The result is a deliberate tension between setting and subject that echoes the original “Clients” concept.

Balenciaga ambassadors Nicole Kidman and Isabelle Huppert share the spotlight with supermodel Claudia Schiffer, actors Patrick Schwarzenegger and Arthur Chen, and models Liu Wen, Adut, and Roxane. Each appears in looks from the Winter 2025 collection, alongside pieces from the Balenciaga | PUMA collaboration.

A short film directed by Teller accompanies the still photographs, with the photographer providing spoken commentary on his working process. Separate still‑life images focus on accessories: waxed‑suede versions of the Rodeo Handbag and Le City Bag, a sesame‑tone Carrie Carry‑All, a Le City trimmed in aviator shearling, and a pink croc‑embossed Rodeo. Footwear comes forward through the satin Shibuya Pump, the Hamptons Sneaker, and the Bel Air Flat Ballerina.
