Bringing together two of the world’s best-known creative forces, Disneyland Paris’ Minnie Mouse wore her new pantsuit look to the Stella McCartney Winter 2022 runway show at Paris Fashion Week on Monday 7thMarch. Celebrating International Women’s Day and Disneyland Paris’ 30th Anniversary, the look, which is the first time Minnie has worn a pantsuit at Disneyland Paris, was tailored by the British luxury pioneer from responsible materials – embodying shared values of female empowerment and positive change.
Minnie’s suit marked the first in a series of collaborations between Stella McCartney and Disney – including the upcoming Stella Shared unisex capsule, launching April 2022. The partnership was also immortalised by a limited-edition organic cotton t-shirt featuring Minnie in her new pantsuit, available on International Women’s Day.

Stella was hand-selected by Disneyland Paris to design Minnie Mouse’s custom pantsuit because of her legacy of female leadership, sustainable pioneering and directional fashions, notably her iconic Savile Row tailoring. The navy blue tuxedo she created was made using responsibly sourced materials – offering a new take on Minnie’s signature polka dots, and making her a symbol of progress for a new generation.Crafted from soft and breathable organic cotton, the Stella McCartney x Disney’s Minnie Mouse t-shirt is an essential collector’s item for Disney fans. It features a black-and-white graphic of the iconic character in her new pantsuit meditating over a green and purple gradient Earth, haloed by a message of “Divine Feminine” – continuing the collaboration’s spirit of female empowerment, responsible fashion and creating a more caring world for women and girls everywhere.
