A.P.C. has taken its minimal ethos one step further, rolling out another edition of its olive oil line that debuted in 2023. The third release, once again bearing an eye-catching label by Mathias Augustyniak, is pressed at Moulin des Ombres at Château de Montfrin using a certified organic Tuscan blend. It arrives in limited batches, preserved through advanced techniques that capture its balanced flavor with a hint of mild bite. Founder Jean Touitou offers a serving suggestion: “With its rather strong personality, it’s perfect to accompany dishes with rather simple flavors. Try it with fish such as cod, but also with rice, steamed apples or chickpeas.”
A denim apron joins the launch, cut from the brand’s signature raw cotton and stitched in caramel thread. The A.P.C. logo is subtly embroidered on the front pocket, channeling the brand’s pared-down charm and bridging fashion with day-to-day cooking rituals. Both the apron and the olive oil (available in 250ml or a generous 1500ml magnum) are now carried in A.P.C. stores across Europe and Japan.
