Stone Island unveiled its Fall/Winter 2025 menswear lineup. The core collection turned to Japan for inspiration, picking up techniques tied to heritage indigo dyeing and the bright lights of the country’s cityscapes. Technical gear was everywhere, from the Translucent Cover jacket—a cotton-lined polyurethane shell with a see-through finish—to the Uneven Ripstop Prismatico, a hooded piece rendered in ripstop cotton and coated in polyurethane, a spin on Stone Island’s past “Reverse Colour Process.”

A “color collision” knit cardigan brought layered shades to five-gauge cotton through a manual spraying method. Meanwhile, the cult-favorite Ice Jacket returned to the stage—changing its color on contact with heat, now reimagined as a sweater too. Recently, Stone Island has bolstered its global presence with new flagships, including one in Toronto, and continues to explore collaborations, like its ongoing link-up with New Balance. It all signals a label that’s forever pushing outerwear in new directions.
