Kim Jones
Kim Jones has carved a singular path in fashion, blending streetwear cool with the luxury of storied houses. Since joining Dior Men as Artistic Director in 2018, Jones has continuously reshaped the brand’s menswear aesthetic, pushing the boundaries between high fashion and street culture. His collections have been marked by collaborations that pull from a variety of cultural references, seamlessly mixing the worlds of art, music, and design.
Before Dior, Jones helmed menswear at Louis Vuitton, where his Spring/Summer 2012 debut set the tone for a new era, combining heritage with a fresh, contemporary edge. He brought similar energy to Fendi, which he joined in 2020, stepping into Karl Lagerfeld’s shoes to guide the house through a new chapter. At Fendi, Jones married Roman elegance with a distinct streetwise flair, bringing on artists like Kaws and Hylton Nel for collaborations that felt fresh yet true to the brand’s legacy.
After announcing his departure from Fendi in October 2024, Jones is now focusing solely on Dior, honing in on his menswear vision at a time when LVMH is navigating significant shifts across its brands. With a resume that includes stints at Dunhill and his own namesake label, as well as roles styling for publications like Dazed & Confused and Fantastic Man, Jones remains a versatile storyteller, a designer who knows how to reflect the present moment while setting the tone for what’s next.
