Slayyyter has announced wor$t man in america, a nine-song companion to March’s WOR$T GIRL IN AMERICA, due December 4 through RECORDS/Columbia. “brand new chanel$” and “crank 2” open the tracklist, giving the project two direct connections to songs from the earlier record.

“I've been flipping the titles and making just completely new music,” she told Coup de Main in an interview published in August. She described becoming more vulnerable in her writing as new experiences changed her view of subjects she had already addressed.

Released July 31, “brand new chanel$” echoes the title of “BEAT UP CHANEL$.” Slayyyter directed the video, which Sony Music says returns to the house used in the earlier song’s visual. “crank 2,” a counterpart to “CRANK,” followed September 10 with another video she directed.

Slayyyter also said that she had approached WOR$T GIRL IN AMERICA thinking it could be her last album. Making it helped her rediscover her interest in music and visuals. She also described her frustration with past videos whose creative direction she had handed to others.

Her official store lists wor$t man in america as a standalone vinyl release and as part of the INVER$E two-disc edition, which pairs its nine songs with the earlier album’s 14 tracks. The vinyl listings specify expected shipping by February 2027, separate from the December 4 album release.
