Chet Lo, the London-based talent known for spiked knitwear that’s caught the eye of stars like Doja Cat and Kylie Jenner, has a new venture on his hands—and it’s not on the runway. In a partnership with Rankin Editions, led by designer Amber Rankin, Lo is taking that signature edge and turning it into furniture.
Lo’s pieces for Rankin Editions—a sofa, chair, and pillows—deliver a jolt to any interior. “We wanted these pieces to not only occupy a space, but to reconfigure it,” Lo says. “The spikes speak of strength, of individuality. Sinuous lines borrowed from previous Rankin Editions silhouettes meet Lo’s visual signatures in a balance of sleek forms and pointed knit surfaces. The collaboration also includes pillows in shades of red, navy blue, and white—handmade in the UK to underscore that one-of-a-kind appeal. Each pillow comes with a certificate of authenticity, nodding to the brand’s focus on artisanal craft.
