Diesel’s “Your Life in D” dresses one life entirely in denim for their Fall 2025 campaign.
Diesel’s Fall 2025 campaign, titled “Your Life in D,” traces a single Diesel-clad protagonist across their lifeline under the distinct creative vision of Glenn Martens and longtime collaborator Christopher Simmonds. Since stepping in as creative director in 2020, Martens has reshaped Diesel into a cutting-edge label, combining provocative storytelling with innovative design. For this season, his unique direction teams perfectly with art director Christopher Simmonds, whose bold, provocative visuals have defined some of Diesel’s most viral campaigns. Together, Martens and Simmonds craft a campaign that underscores Diesel’s denim DNA through an irreverent and playful look at life itself.
Each life chapter features standout looks captured vividly through the protagonist’s eyes. It starts with infancy, showing a baby gazing at family members dressed in Diesel’s “Fluid Denim” pieces. As adolescence hits, the visuals shift to a lively dorm-room scene, where teens pair up, sporting relaxed denim fits and the brand’s signature 1DR twin shoulder bags. The story continues to a wild beach scene filled with denim ensembles, including high-waisted D-Sent jeans, crisscross wrap tops, and D-Lake shoes, all documented by photographer Éamonn Zeel Freel.
The campaign boldly confronts darker moments too, such as a stylized motorcycle accident scene featuring Diesel’s Double D bags prominently. A funeral sequence shows mourners dressed in distressed “Dirty Wash” denim, while the protagonist appears impeccably styled even in death, sporting slim-fit D-Vyl jeans. The final scenes depict an afterlife scenario, complete with denim-clad angels welcoming the newest arrival to denim heaven. Throughout these visuals, Diesel highlights essential pieces like the classic D-Sent jeans, sleek D-Vyl silhouettes, bold accessories including twin-handled 1DR bags, chunky gem necklaces, “Metamorph” bracelets, and industrial-inspired watches.
