Miu Miu is on the move. The brand is launching Miu Miu Gymnasium, a global series of pop-ups where sport meets style, offering pieces straight from the Spring/Summer 2025 runway. Alongside it comes Miu Miu Custom Studio, a new in-store and online customization concept dedicated to personalizing bags and shoes.
The pop-ups spotlight a lineup of elevated sportswear: technical silk blousons, kid mohair jackets, pleated skirts, tailored shorts, and active knit polos—all done in a palette of crisp red, white, blue, and grounding neutrals. The proportions—shrunken here, oversized there—nod to the offbeat silhouettes that define the Miu Miu aesthetic.
As for accessories, Miu Miu is bringing its signature bags—Wander, Arcadie, Aventure, and Beau—rendered in smooth, woven, and matelassé leather, plus a new canvas option with contrast piping. There’s also a limited-edition take on the Pocket bag, a more polished version in structured leather, and updated Miu Miu backpacks designed with the sportswear theme in mind. On the footwear front, the Plume, Tyre, and Gymnasium sneakers arrive straight from the runway, while the Boxeur, a brand-new sneaker silhouette, makes its debut—available exclusively online.
Then there’s Miu Miu Custom Studio, a personalization service offering a mix of laces, charms, and custom details to make each piece unique. The experience unfolds at a sleek in-store bar station, where shoppers can tailor their bags, shoes, and wallets on the spot. After the pop-ups wrap, Custom Studio will remain a permanent fixture at select Miu Miu boutiques and online, ensuring that the art of personalization extends beyond the limited-time experience.
The first stops on the Miu Miu Gymnasium tour? Japan’s Isetan The Stage (Feb 5-11) and Umeda Hankyu Coto Coto (Feb 26-Mar 4), followed by locations in China, Hong Kong, and Korea. The collection and Custom Studio will also be available online from February 11 to March 4 at MiuMiu.com and on WeChat from February 20 to 26. Consider it a workout in luxury, no sweat required.
