ALTO has reimagined its ART 01 watch with a duo of monotone releases that channel a crisp, straightforward aesthetic. Each model preserves the watch’s original structure, now executed in black or titanium gray for a pared-down look that still commands attention.

“Black represents the absence of visible light, yet for ALTO, it is a luminous void,” the brand explains in an official statement. That vision shapes the black edition, fashioned in titanium and coated with a subtle DLC layer. The gray version also arrives in titanium, treated with a microblasted finish for a cool, mid-tone effect between dark and bright.
Under the surface, both pieces share the A01 Manufacture movement, highlighted by its eye-catching reverse-winding seconds hand, visible through the watch’s perforated face. Each monochrome watch is complemented by a matching strap, tying the vibe together.

ALTO, known for merging mechanical prowess with artful details, is limiting production of these pieces. Prospective buyers can head to the brand’s site for more information on availability. With this latest move, ALTO underscores its playful approach to minimal color, pushing the ART 01 further into today’s conversation.
