Hublot celebrates twenty years of the Big Bang by handing the stage to a cat who knows her angles better than most humans.

Choupette, the blue-eyed Birman once doted on by Karl Lagerfeld, now fronts Hublot’s campaign marking 20 years of the Big Bang collection. Released Friday, the images give the Swiss watchmaker’s anniversary a feline lead rather than a traditional brand ambassador.
Dutch photographer Carlijn Jacobs frames the cat in the arms of a sharply suited figure whose wrist carries the Big Bang 20th Anniversary Red Magic, nodding to Choupette’s long-running link to the late couturier.

Another still shows her stretched across crimson silk, eyes locked on the lens while a coupe of milk waits in the background and the scarlet watch rests in front. The set-up feels more boudoir than boardroom, yet the focus never strays from the timepiece.
A short film posted to social channels pushes the surreal note further. Against a grey backdrop, a model’s body appears—but where a head should be, Choupette peers from a peacoat collar, gaze fixed on the red Big Bang. She hops down, leaving the human form behind and confirming who truly owns the scene.
Hublot will run the campaign on its site, social feeds, billboards, and across print and digital outlets worldwide starting Friday.
