
Gucci and actress Julia Garner recently co-hosted an intimate dinner at Paris’s prestigious Hôtel de Maisons to celebrate the launch of the “Keep It Gucci: The Art of Silk” campaign. Photographed by Steven Meisel, the campaign pays homage to Gucci’s rich heritage in silk craftsmanship, presenting visuals that transform silk into a medium of self-expression through a cinematic interplay of light and shadow. The evening commenced with cocktails, followed by a meticulously curated “Come to Italy” dinner by Gucci Osteria da Massimo Bottura, offering guests a gastronomic journey through Italy’s diverse culinary traditions.


The event attracted a distinguished assembly of Industry titans and fashion luminaries, including Carine Roitfeld, Farida Khelfa, Pixie Geldof, Cindy Bruna, and Juliette Binoche, each embodying the campaign’s elegance and artistic spirit.



Throughout the evening, Gucci highlighted its “Art of Silk” initiative, featuring projects like the 90 x 90 collection, where artists reinterpret archival motifs, and a collaboration with Assouline on “Gucci: The Art of Silk,” a book tracing the evolution of the brand’s iconic silk scarves. This gathering underscored Gucci’s commitment to blending its storied past with contemporary creativity, celebrating the enduring allure of silk in the world of fashion.
