For Spring-Summer 2025, CHANEL returns to familiar ground—quite literally. The house’s latest campaign, shot by Inez & Vinoodh, marks its comeback to the Grand Palais, a space deeply intertwined with its runway legacy. The campaign captures both movement and ease, brought to life by models Amar Akway, Libby Bennett, Ella Mccutcheon, and Nigina Sharipova, who shift between the clean lines of a studio and the grandeur of the Palais’ glass-roofed nave.

CHANEL’s codes remain as sharp as ever, reinterpreted through the architectural influence of its setting. Tweed gets a graphic update—checks mimicking the Palais’ glass framework appear on a trouser suit, paired with a matching 11.12 bag. A black dress with a tie-front detail and crisp white collar leans into a modern elegance, while a white jacket and wrap skirt, finished with braided trim and jewelled buttons, bring a classic touch.

Balancing structure with softness, the collection plays with contrasts. A leather jacket with a Peter Pan collar, worn with slit Bermuda shorts, reads as sharp yet effortless. A sheer white blouse paired with fringed, sequin-embroidered denim strikes that same balance of refinement and ease. And then there’s the chiffon—diaphanous and light, it quite literally takes flight in the campaign. A sky-blue pleated cape sways midair from a swing, while another, in soft ecru, is embroidered with crystals and feathers, finished with a black bow. Lace and silk organza—both nodding to CHANEL’s ever-present interplay between structure and softness—round out the collection with puffed sleeves and intricate openwork details.
