Alisha Boe is YSL Beauty's new global ambassador for Black Opium, fronting the franchise's next release, Black Opium Pink Glaze. The actress, who made her name on Netflix's 13 Reasons Why and appears in Apple TV+'s The Buccaneers, joins a roster the house has been rebuilding for Gen Z audience.

Black Opium Pink Glaze layers a strawberry accord over the coffee that has defined Black Opium since its 2014 launch, comes from four perfumers (Nathalie Lorson, Marie Salamagne, Honorine Blanc and Olivier Cresp), and arrives globally on August 12, 2026. A nightlife fixture from the start, the original ranks among YSL Beauty's most recognized fragrances.

"Black Opium is pure adrenaline – that raw, electric energy of a night out. It doesn't play it safe, and that's exactly why I love it," Boe said. "I'm so excited to be the new Global Ambassador because this fragrance is really an invitation to embrace your most unapologetic self, turn up the music, and bring everyone along for the ride."

Lorson, Salamagne, Blanc and Cresp said of the flanker: "We reimagined Black Opium with a new, fruity indulgence, enhancing its iconic signature. A gourmand strawberry placed over a coffee floral, shaped by a sensual duo of jasmines and the preciousness of vanilla, wrapped in a vibrant base of amber woods, creates a fresh new kind of sexiness."
